Инициировать общение с клиентом в мобильном приложении Bitrix24 невозможно. [Создайте чат](/integracii/bitriks24/kak-napisat-pervym-v-whatsapp.md) в браузерной версии Bitrix24 и продолжайте переписку в мобильном приложении Bitrix24 в Открытой линии.

1. Перейдите в «Линии» в нижней панели.
2. Войдите в нужный чат → «Ответить».
3. Напишите в чат.
