# Настройка интеграции

1\. Зайдите в «CRM» на левой панели Битрикс24, далее «Интеграции» → «Контакт-центр»

2\. Подключите коннектор BOT-KIT.COM

3\. В открывшемся окне нажмите «Подключить».

4\. Если вы хотите использовать сервис только для переписки с клиентами, отключите бота в настройках
